  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

I know there is really little in scripture about those that are not mature enough to respond to the message, but are you saying all unbaptized and even unborn children that die are hell bound?

I'm not saying that.

There simply isn't an authoritative Christian position on the fate of unbaptized infants and small children. And so providing one is to speak of things we simply don't know. The general consensus tends to be that God, being merciful and just, will deal with this in His own good way. It's not for us to cover all possible scenarios, but to confess what has been revealed and given to us.

What kind of baptism are we talking about? By the physical water baptism or the baptism of fire by the Holy Spirit?

Seeing as different Christians understand the significance of Baptism differently, it may be preferable to have this particular intra-Christian conversation someplace like General Theology.

So, according to the Bible:
1)who am I?

A creature made in the image of God.

2)why am I here?

Broadly speaking, to glorify God and enjoy him forever.

3)where am I coming from?

You are descended from Adam, Seth, and Noah.

4)where am I going after this life?

Afterlife... oh my God, what an awful word. There is no "after life".
