I know, that's on of the most ridiculous parts of their "model"; that mountain ranges such as the Himalayas sprang up thousands of feet in a short time after the Flood then, for some unknown reason, stopped rising at that rate and slowed to the rate we observe today.Even use the ICR's model, major tectonic events did not happen before the Flood.

I believe rock geology can be explain. Why? when flood waters are draining away after the flood the sediments are still quite soft, they are at this point not rocks. They could easily be eroded as water flowed away to lower ground.

5. If the mountains weren't as high as they are today, how did they grow to their current height so rapidly?

7. What prevented mega waves from all the sudden changes?
8. How did they fit all the animal species on the ark (or, if super fast evolution after is invoked, what caused the super fast evolution?)
9. How did they store and preserve enough food for all the animals?
10. How did Koalas get from Australia to the Ark?
11. How did they get back to australia?
These are questions not related to the Flood.Please tell me what made them turn into rocks, if they weren't rocks right after the flood.
What were they buried in after the flood, what put the heat and pressure on them after the flood?

According to the OP, this all happened rather quickly so yes, time is an issue.
How long ago do you believe the Flood occurred?
Give an example of such un-indurated sedimentary rocks, that is; rock that has not been hardened by heat or baking or sediments that have not been hardened through cementation or compaction, or both, without the introduction of heat.
How long ago was the flood again?
These are questions not related to the Flood.

The rest are not problems. #1 to #5 is geological and have been solved. #8 to #11 should be easy tasks to angels.

It is my belief you are unable to account for the total record of the geology of the earth without resort to long ages of time and no world wide flood. For example, you claim the material that made a whole lot of rocks weren't rocks right after the flood, yet. Instead, they were soft enough to allow very rapid erosion. So now you need to establish a reasonable way for them to be turned into rock.
I don't think you can do that in any reasonable way.

And only gets you 2880 meters. That is nowhere near the tops of the highest mountains. You have almost 5,000 more meters to go.
That one image tells us, if you know enough, that the flood did not deposit sedimentary rocks. That structure took millions of years to form. So how do we get a flood of over 8 additional kilometers of water with, no idea where the water came from, no idea where the water went to, and no evidence that the water was here at all?
