Forum Reopenings: GA, E&M, GT, QCF

General Apologetics, Ethics & Morality, General Theology, and Wiki/Discuss Rules, which has been renamed Questions about CF, have been reopened.

Each forum has new guidelines, which we ask all members review before posting. These guidelines may be modified as necessary to ensure the forums are operating in the best parameters.

The old Ethics & Morality forum has been archived, and a new forum has been created. Members will still have the option of viewing old threads from this forum.

Questions about CF will be open to viewing by all members, but only the OP and staff will be able to respond to a thread.

New staff will be assigned to the forums shortly.

OK. Is there anyone among the upper staff who has any knowledge of the discipline of community building?

Of course staff will complain. They told me they would close the duplicate threads and link to the first. I don't see there being a lot of clarification and discussion with this policy -- and that seems to be by design.

Please at least be honest. WR/D has not been renamed, it has been wholly changed (with the evidence of how it has recently been left to be pushed onto old pages). Saying that it has been renamed would be like taking a game, changing the name, rules, and pieces allowed but saying it's the same game because you're using the same gameboard. It does not work that way. It is a different game, it is a different forum. I do not like how this was done (nor particularly that the former forum was scrapped at all), but, please, at least be honest about it.
