Hello all!
Well its been a busy day.Almost supper now.
3 more weeks and I`ll be heading north.
I wanted to share with you guys a scripture that I have had on
my mind.It`s Jude 1:1 Jude,the servant of Jesus Christ,and the
brother of James,to them that are sanctified by God the Father,
and preserved in Jesus Christ,and called.
Preserved,I keep thinking of this word.I think of making jam when
I read this word.I am preserved in Jesus Christ.Thats cool.I`m made
to last with Jesus.Maybe its just me,but I find that really cool!

Mmmm......thank you for sharing your thoughts on this. These thoughts came from the Holy Spirit who teaches us as we read. I find if I take my time and read with desire, I am filled. He fills the hungry heart. Blessed are those who hunger for they shall be filled.

That's a great nugget to hang on to - preserved.

You are so sweet! Maybe I should not wander around as much myself.
On the days I have more time I wander and find great conversations, or start some of my own. Then I get real busy again and can't follow through. That could very well happen here. But I will try to stop by more often. Everyone here is extremely gracious. It's the maturity in a person who loves when we do not always see eye to eye. Not that I've seen any issues of difference here, but inevitably it will happen as you get to know someone more.
Anyway, thanks for the warm welcome!

Hey everyone! I just got out of school last week for the summer and have a lot to do over the summer! A few of us youth in my church are going to lead worship at a younger kids 3 day overnight-er camp and act as youth counselors.
Prayer would be nice as we are praying the Holy Spirit would be moving in these younger kids lives. There is a lot of religious walls built up in a lot of their lives from Catholicism.

On a side note, what is everyone else doing in June?

Same thing for me in June as always - work, homeschool, cook, clean house, shop, pay bills, and best of all, numeral uno.......Jesus! First thing every morning, and all throughout the day. First in the morning is usually take care of dogs after I get my smoothie, then I settle in with my Bible and take about an hour to read, pray, meditate, journal, etc.

First week of July - family vacation in the mountains. Yes, this FL girl looks forward to cool mountain air, waterfalls, hiking, family times.....and yes, teh doggies are coming too!

Well, the camp I'm gonna be a counselor/on worship team for starts this upcoming Wednesday. In the past, some kids have got saved, and as a result their parents got saved also, its a region heavily influenced by Catholicism. I'm really excited to see what God will do in these young kids lives. Praying

Hey there wife is doing better thanks for asking. How have you been?

Doing ok, got a cut above my eye due to being stupid, got to put handles on the taps while working on the bathroom, ouch.
My wife threw a surprize party for me at the church last saturday night, got me good.

Other than that all work and not much else.
