Reading what HE SAYS is better than hoping for something HE does not say.

I am sure I take more food supplements then the average person. What does this
have to do with Bible truth.

Judging is letting someone know they are going to hell.Lets not do this.

It would be much better to tell someone, they are on the road to hell.If you see a definite sin.

What did you bring up supplements for ? There are some others also that no one told you about that might help even more, right?
Good if they are helpful (food supplements can be very helpful, yes).
It does not contradict the BIBLE if your trusting YHWH and HIS WORD.
Thus - BIBLE TRUTH; don't go against what the BIBLE says.

Always adhere to YHWH'S WORD. If any church of god of prophecy says something that contradicts YHWH'S WORD (THE BIBLE), then do not accept that word that contradicts the BIBLE.

Judging(appraising, verifying, checking) Rightly is a yes.

Except it is not sin that keeps us out of heaven; rather, it is unbelief.

gifts of the Spirit. It is possible we can discern a sin in someone,and not judge
them to HELL. Satan loves to confuse us between judging and discernment.

Most people use the english word judge instead of discerning the difference of 3 or more types of judgment, including the judgement the ecclesia is told to use.
No worries.
Most people cannot discern their right hand from their left hand.
This has not changed in 4000 years plus.
