Forgiveness

How do we forgive those who don't wish forgiveness? Especially those who wish to harm us.

Dear LostFaith. We do not know what others are really thinking. If we forgive, that makes us feel better, it takes the bitterness, or ill-feeling away. It might not be easy, but we think of it as, " God forgives us if we ask for forgiveness," how much greater will be our peace and serenety, if we ask God to help us to forgive. And God will help us, LostFaith. As to the other question, about those who wish to harm you, perhaps it would be good if you told the police. If you know for sure that you are in any real danger, talk to the police. Always tell God, too. Greetings from Emmy, sister in Christ.

How do we forgive those who don't wish forgiveness? Especially those who wish to harm us.

When you find yourself holding unforgiveness you must realize it is you that suffers carrying that load on your shoulders. Once you forgive that load is gone. The easiest way to forgive someone is to think of it just as it is in the LORD'S PRAYER. " FORGIVE US AS WE FORGIVE ANOTHER "


This will make you release this load immediately. Now forgiveness is different than being aware of this person intent. You know from the history of this person you must use caution.




Remember if you are going to be part of the KINGDOM of ALMIGHTY GOD you MUST GIVE IT ALL TO GOD.



GOD demands that you give HIM your WHOLE heart, mind, strength, and soul. That means you go in prayer and tell GOD that you will do this and from that moment on seek GOD in all your decisions. After this is complete GOD will know. For HE searches the heart. HE will then send HIS HOLY SPIRIT ( ANOINTED-BORN AGAIN- SAVED ). For it is then that you shall receive the MISSION GOD has for just you and supply all your needs, even what you have not the ability to have.



Pick up GOD'S ROAD MAP to the KINGDOM of ALMIGHTY GOD ( BIBLE ) and start reading the NEW TESTIMENT till the next time you read it you will already know what IT'S going to say. For then it's locked in your heart to draw from for the rest of your life. You will NEVER be sorry you did.

You give it up to God and forget about it yourself. It means trusting God for judgment. And you pray for your enemies and love your enemies, as Jesus said.

As for being in actual physical harm's way, you may need to consult law enforcement or remove yourself otherwise from the situation.

Hi Lost Faith,

We have a great example with Jesus hanging on the cross and saying, "Father, forgive them for they know not what they do." Whether people want to be forgiven, or whether we think they deserve it, we are simply to forgive.

I heard someone say one time, "You'll have no trouble forgivng others when you remember what God has forgiven you for." I have never forgotten that statement.
