Title: Forever Yours

You’ve made the sun
The moon the stars
Allowed us to work
And to even drive cars

You’ve held us always
In the palm of your hand
You know the numbers of stars
And the grains of sand

You ask so little
And do so much
Some ask where you are
But they’re missing the touch

You’re constantly near us
Filling our hearts with love
You live among us
Not just a spirit from above

And all of our prayers
You answer yes or no
We lose our faith
You still love us so

You love unconditionally
You open all of life’s doors
All we need to do is choose You, Lord
And we can be forever Yours

hm, good, but some of the rhyming is a bit obvious. i mean, 'love' with 'above' has been used so many times, and 'stars' and 'cars'...i mean the poem in itslef is good, especially what it is basically saying, so im convinced tat you can improve the rhyme scheme!

Yeah- I don't know when exactly I wrote it, but I thought it'd fit in well with this kind of crowd- it's something simple I wrote when I was younger. Oh well, maybe I should write something more recent.
