We were way behind on the condos' maintainance fees, so they now have given us a lein.
I didn't know you could have that and a foreclosure from 2 different places.

O Merciful Father, You know the needs of this family. Bring them Comfort my Lord, let their worries and their troubles be far from them. Lord God, You have a plan for our dear sister, You have a Will for her life, lead her through these troubled waters, let her find the pasture of Your Promise. Hi Howard Dean,

Been awhile since I've posted anywhere in prayer requests; but know that I've been praying for you; and I know it's coming to a head, but God has seen you thru each event that you so faithfully asked for prayer for here.

I pray He will provide you as safe place, free home school; fellowship with others wherever He is sending you; and people who care for you and not just say it. A real community; Lord, help her in finding the right situation. Help her with the heat she and her son battle there. I pray a cool summer Lord, i always pray for such, and I thank you too as I've no a/c either.

Watch over this child and her child Lord; I don't know the status of her dad but I pray for him as well.

Please Lord let this be a shower of blessings to come on her now and her son; and give her wisdom in decision making.

We love you Lord; our lives are in your hands; tho we walk thru this valley, you are with us; your care is great; and without your promises in the word, and the Holy Spirit in us guiding us, and Jesus, always interceding for us. Thank you and I praise you for all you've given us in the word and in your presence.

Thank you for the many faithful who have been helping holding up Howard Dean by bringing her prayers to you; and encouraging her spirit to hold on.

Lord, in any church there seems but a few who will reach out; place her in one when the time comes; where she will have such a person; as you once gave me in my need. Of course, give her many also who will help, but give her someone special; someone she can call and trust and Lord; give her someone special.

We have much as believers Lord, much; and though this world is so hard Lord; please come back soon and take us home. We so long to be with you Lord; help Howard Dean and her son and her dad Lord.

We haven't paid the mortgage (actually the loan company) for 2 months as we needed food more.
They said they will send a foreclosure notice next month.
Not sure how, as the maintainance company already has a lein on it.
Background: My father 'bought' it 36 years ago, and took two mortgages and a loan out. He has 25 more years to pay and he is 92.
We need prayer that we will find someone to let us live with them, as even with a job, I cannot afford to live on our own, unless of course, i miraculously made $20 an hour.
I haven't been employed for 7 years.
Prayers needed.

God bless you in your time of need. I pray you will have a good & adequate resolution to this housing problem. It is not easy in this day & age to afford living expenses -especially as prices go up to just about everything.

My father cannot hear anyone knocking so we have this notice that the mailman tried to drop off 2 certified letters from Clerk of Courts this morn. That sounds bad.
