This is another journal entry that I have made that has helped me. I hope it will do the same for anyone else.

God has given everyone different talents, as well as measure. God decides who gets what. I am one of those who got less. I often look at those who have more and get greatly discouraged. As a result, I bury my talents. I must not think about how much I have but what I do with it. God looks at what we do with what we are given, not how much.
Even though there are people that have more, they still aren't good enough. Only One has and is good enough, Jesus. I will get more if I use what I have. Those with more can relax, feeling secure in what they have. They can also get prideful. That is the trap for those who have more.
If I focus on Jesus and not others, I won't think less of myself. This is because everyone falls short of the glory of God. I remember people like Moses who had problems with speech becoming the great man of God in the Bible. It is my belief that this is what God can do with anyone. He will give you more if you use what you have responsibly.
This is my understanding of the talents story. I didn't realize it applied to people who didn't think they had much or thought that they weren't good enough.

True but there is more. This is a topic God has been taking me through for some time and some things that I believe He has said to me on this topic.
- When we believe that we are not good enough we are (whether we realise it or not) shunning the work he did to make us good enough. Before you start thinking that this then in its turn proves that you are not good enough you are wrong because that is your captivity speaking. Jesus came to set the captives free. We are no longer entangled or ensnared by the chains of the enemy but do we realise it? I think in many cases not, but as we continually hand over to God all that seems to be holding us back we see that indeed we don't have to be good enough.
- What is good enough? Often our concept of not being good enough is an issue of pride. I have to be good enough to step into the pressence of God or for God to love me. This is where we are wrong. It has nothing to do with I and everthing to do with Him. God's thoughts are all about me (and you). He wants also for our thoughts to be all about him. He knows that if we are good enough on our own we do not need him and what we do not need we discard. All to quickly though we find in this instant that we also approach discarding that which we do need because we are "undeserving"

Very good. I fully agree with what you said there. I am aware of what you said (unless I missed something you wrote :) ) I guess I should have been more thorough with writing this. Thank you for filling in the blanks foadle. It's nice to meet someone who has gone through the same issue I did.
