  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

On March 7, 2002, Steven was taken away from me. He was young, healthy, vibrant, and a light in this world. He was my fiancee, my love. He spent almost two weeks in an ICU bed on life support after being involved in a MVA with a drunk driver. Despite countless prayers, Steven's body was not able to recover and he went home to Heaven. I have finally been able to forgive the drunk driver and I ask that you pray for Steven's family, because they still have not been able to find forgiveness for the driver yet. I ask that you pray for the driver, that he might find Christ. I also ask that you take any opportunity that you can to talk to people (teenagers, young adults, adults) about the consequences of drunk driving. Thank you and God bless.

I am so sorry for your loss. Too many have died at the hands of a drunken driver. It shouldn't happen. It breaks my heart every time I hear of an accident or death. I'm glad to hear that you have forgiven the driver, though. Praying Steven's family will also do so. Praying for peace and strength for all of you.

Blessed be Steven's memory.

God Bless.
