  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Please pray for my husband to get a job he is really wanting.:D

He is currently not happy at his present job, and God gave him an oppurnity by having a great job postion open up. :amen:

He went to the interview yesterday, and is going for a follow up this Thrusday.

I am a homemaker with a four month old and I know my husband stresses about being able to support his family, and keep up with the never ending bills.

If he gets this job, I know he will be so happy, and not so stressed out. :D

Please keep him in your prayers...:crossrc:

Thank you...

Dear Heavenly FATHER,
We ask thy abundant blessings upon this family. Open the doors for him to get this new position and help him to excel both at work and in serving You. Fill him & his family with thy HOLY SPIRIT and give them a thirst for thy WORD. Help them to rightly divide it and use it each day to be a source of blessing unto each other and unto all that You bring into their lives. Watch over and protect their little one; may this child grow strong in thy SPIRIT and seek to be a fit vessel for thy use.
In JESUS Precious Name we pray

Heavenly Father, i pray that you would help ArtMommy's husband get the job that he is going for. Lord, i pray that they would trust your will for their lives, and that they would consult you in prayer constantly. Father, i pray that you would help ArtMommy's husband with his stress levels. Thank you that he is concerned with providing for his family, but may he trust you that you will never give them a situation too hard for them to handle. Lord, i pray that no matter what happens, that they will come out of this thankful of the result. In Jesus' name, amen

:amen: First, I want to thank everyone for their prayers. My husband went for his second interview today, and was offered the job.

I am so thankful to have christian friends that support me, and other christians.;)

If anyone is not sure if there is a God, this is PROOF. He has gone to several (many) job interviews. This one was the best pay, most relaxing, and best benifets of all.

And, after everything he has been thru, GOD PROVIDED!!

I hope God blesses everyone that prayed for me, the same way He has provided for my family.

God Bless... and thank you.. From your Christian friend...
