For me this time

Please say a prayer if you will, for the pain I'm in to ease up to a bearable level. I've been in constant pain for years due to disabilities. It seems that God is letting me have this "thorn in my side" for a reason. I thank Him for this, as for all things. But I need to be able to do some things, and I don't want to wind up a burden on anyone, which would happen if I become bed-ridden for any length of time.

There will also be more for me to do than I usually have to because we will be moving one of these days. Packing and such... Pray that I hold up well during all this, and that the "extra" pains I'm having will go away. I can deal with the "usual" stuff.

Ooops. I wasn't clear, I guess. We won't be moving in a few days. It will be months to a year, depending on how fast they find a place, and how fast this one sells. But I have been going through my things to sort for yard sales, and will be packing up what I don't need, plus helping my SIL do the same with the entire household. Then will come the big packing! So I need to be ok to do extra for awhile, though I'm sure there will be times I can rest more than others.

I want to thank all of you who have prayed! My back isn't as severe today. Praise God! Now I'm worried about my foot. That's pretty bad. I have neuropathy, and I think it may be that, although there's a lump there. Sigh... If that doesn't go away, it's a trip to the doctor. So I'm praying that is nothing new.

I know God lets us be tested. I just pray for His strength to get through what has to be done.

(I hate moving....living in a house that will be up for sale... But, I WILL get through this with His help and your prayers!)
