no, you can make great christian music if you wanted.

For sure...there are heaps of great Christian P&W artists in Sydney who don't have anywhere near the profile of Hills...and have written songs that are very singable in churches. Sure there could be an inkling of bias since I know some of them, but they are truly blessed songwriters who very clearly expound Biblical truths through their songs. But of course I have nothing against Hills and their music. "For All You've Done" is a pretty decent album - but I was listening to it whilst working yesterday. But I will always like their earlier stuff (Geoff Bullock era) a bit more than the stuff after that.

I love the new United cd! It's excellent. We probably won't get the new Hillsongs cd until late summer or early fall over here, but that's ok. I can wait. (It costs much less to wait than to order it from their website and pay all that shipping, etc.)
