food get stuck?!

hi,
i have a weird ED, mix of bullima, anorexia and also i am scared that food will get stuck in me. like pieces of it and black hardened stuff in my colon. ek! i read about it , on the net like ppl go for colonics and stuf, and i get really scared because it sounds disgusting!
i don't kneo what to do =(
please help if you can, like any encouraging words.

everybody should have a good diet and regular checkups at an older age. it is the older ages that occasionally have such issues . worry more about your ED. go see a doc ... a doctor is the best information and comfort for your questions and concerns.
