I know I said I was going to spam this thread with breakfast food and I am! But my last post made me think about steak..

So who here likes steak? What cut? What do you like with your steak?

I personally am a new york strip kinda girl.

My favorite chain I think is Taco Bell. But I eat McD's a lot, Arby's, Wendys, we have a local place called BoJangles but I think that might just be a VA/NC/SC thing, I can't remember if they have them in Tenn?

OH!! You live in TN, don't you? Get Tennessee Valley. Hands down my favorite. One year for my birthday my ex (and still good friend) bought me some tennessee valley wine for my birthday, blackberry wine, and it was.. the best.. wine..Ever. Ever. Lol

I also drink Sutter Home, Arbor Mist, and Yellow Tail.

I personally love fruity wines like strawberry, blackberry, citrus, etc. I love Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, etc.

Good stuff! So much to respond to here.. The sliders were very good. I noticed they had a new pizza one (which they even had a discount on) but I was too hesitant to try it. Instead I got my mother and I cornbeef/swiss, ham/cheese, roastbeef, and buffalo chicken. The shake was delicious. It was some kind of orange flavored milkshake with whip-cream topping. I used to be lactose intolerant for years, but somehow God took it away and allowed me to eat dairy type foods again which has been a tremendous blessing for me. I think Taco Bell or McD's is probably my favorite fast food chain. My mother and I have this thing we do on Fridays where I go buy her Taco Bell. It's nice. We also have a BoJangles here in Chattanooga as well. They have fantastic breakfast food. Their biscuits are very good. I'd rank BoJangles up there with the likes of Hardee's (or for other people in different areas, maybe Carl's)
And thank you, thank you, thank you for the wine suggestions. When I get some more money saved up, I'll definitely check some of those names out and let you know what I think of each one. By the way, would you recommend any champaign?

Oh and just FYI: Chick-Fil-A seemed to be advertising some kind of peach flavored milkshake today. As someone who is a fan of peach flavored beverages I think I'm going to try this soon too!

Woohoo! And yes, I do. Even thought about that when I was typing it out, haha. I don't think it takes anything away from the taste of the steak. I have eaten some awesome steaks well done before and I plan to eat more in the future!

Yum, those sound good! Especially the ham/cheese and the buffalo chicken one. I hear now they have like a double beef and cheddar or something with like.. two layers of cheddar. lol

I knowww... I love their Country Ham and Egg biscuits and their "bo rounds" are so good. Have you tried their cinnamon biscuits or whatever they're called? THe dessert biscuits.

You're welcome! I have to say though the Arbor Mist and Shutter Home to me are on the lower priced wines, but they're still very delicious. Now the Tennessee Valley wine (which you must try! I need to live vicariously through you, haha) I think is over $20 but it was worth it IMO.

No recommendations for champaign by me, I've never tried it before.

Ooh yummy! I like peach flavor too!

Awe. No joke? I tried thinking about it but came up with nothing. Yes, I've had this before though. Very tasty. Every now and then I will splurge on some Zaxby's. My favorite meal from them is the simple "House Salad". I like how they do their crinkle fries in seasoning salt too. Oh and their Zaxby's Texas Toast is good too.

I was going to say it's like if funfetti and ice cream had a baby, thats what the milkshake would be.

I love their asian salad..I forgot what it's called. But it's got like egg rolls and stuff. Do you know what I'm talking about?

Hmm. Nope. I don't think I do. But I'll be on the lookout for it. I'm much like an old person when it comes to dining out. I don't like to try a variety of different things. When I find something I like I tend to stick with it only. But I need to break myself of that habit cause I feel like I'm missing out on a lot of good stuff by doing that. About funfetti and ice cream having a baby..Haha. Maybe. Me thinks you have a peculiar mind. One thing I miss about watching TV or listening to the radio is that I would always come up with a lot of thread ideas based on things I saw or heard from TV/Radio. Remember Conan O'Brien's skit; "If They Mated"? That's what I thought of when I read your funfetti/ice cream thing. Lol

Yes! I love learning about wine and trying different ones. I'm only a couple years past 21, so I haven't tried an extensive variety yet, but I'm really getting into it.

Also I think today I'm going to have a Philly Chicken Sandwich. This restaurant I go to chops the chicken up like they do the philly cheesesteak and then puts a whole bunch of white american cheese on it, mayo and onions. Ommm nommm!
