FMLA temporarily dropped

Hi,

Please pray for me because I have a cronic health condition that I occasionally need a few extra days a month off of work. I had FMLA which covered these intermitent days a couple times a month, but it expired and now my doctor retired so I will have to go about 5 or 6 months to see another doctor and hopefully restore my FMLA.

It will be hard in the interium because we have only so many absenses allowed sick and other per quarter, so I am not sure if I can make it and if I can how I will be when I have to go to work sick because I do not have FMLA right now.
