Yes, it can. He can change things. But if you were correct and we were nearing a point where the world could not sustain it, no problem at all. That would just mean His return is very soon. He made the universe and the planet in a day. So if more space were needed He can do that easily without breaking a sweat. If He needed to make the planet itself grow to accommodate children He sent, He could do that too!
