Perspective causes objects to appear smaller as they move further away. The sun and moon stay the same size as they pass across from East to West, so no, it isn't a matter of perspective.
As @podromos has said in post #1,681, the sun and moon would have to change measurable size if it was just a matter of perspective. And not only that they would have to change speed too, just like in this simulation video @ 1:19 - 1:50The earth does not travel around the sun, it is the sun, moon & the stars that travels in the firmament above the earth.
It is the firmament/dome that turns like a wheel, not the earth.
As for sunrise & sunsets that is just a matter of perspective.
