First-Timers Married to Divorcee/Widow/Widower?

Anyone else in this forum someone who is married for the first time to someone who has been married previously? Or is it just me?

I am in fact my husband has been married 2x...once when he was 16 for 2 weeks ha ha...o.k, maybe thats not funny and then he got married when he was 19 and stayed in that for 2 years...of course much later we married when he was 30...he's older and smarter....

My husband has been married before but I have not. He was married the first time for 12 years. The last 3 years, though, they were seperated. I started dating him pretty much immediatly after the divorce. He had wanted to start dating before that but I just couldn't get involved with someone who was still technically married. Anywho, no, you are not alone.
