First kiss

Pamela, who lived directly across the street from me. We were both 12, it was her birthday and she was having a party in her yard. Some of of her friends were being mean to her, and she was crying hard. So I gave her a hug to help her feel better, she kissed me while she was crying.

Some say your first kiss can tell a lot about a future relationship, your chemistry.

My first kiss was horrible. I had to make the first move and the guy slobbered all over my face. Subsequent kisses were just as bad.

Thoughts?

I suspect that they mean your first kiss with someone can tell you about the chemistry for THAT relationship in the future.

My first kiss from my husband was way before we were dating. My roommate and I were playing "keep away" with his shoe and he decided to lay a big one on my lips to stop the flying shoe. It worked....he got his shoe back. And I felt that kiss in my toes, like in a cartoon... it certainly made me think differently about him from that day on.....

As for tongue...you have to have your first awkward first times before you figure it out... But never try it on the first kiss. That is for when you are much more comfortable in the relationship.

But as for the first kiss thing....I don't really think it matters if the first kiss was less than perfect.

I just realized I didn't talk about my first kiss in my earlier post.
The first kiss was just a pick on the cheek with a couple of girls when I was Jr. High or so.
Later in High School I had a GF and we kissed a lot and it was with her that I really learned to kiss. Thank you Ann. So much so that future GFs would ask me, "WOW, where did you learn to kiss?"

Well, I kinda wish that I would have waited for the perfect time. I just asked him one day while he was walking me home, and he said yes, so we just kissed while we were freezing cold in the unexpected snow and he got caught a cold because he gave me his coat while I was shivering. Best night of my life though
