Generally, I get up 8-10 hours after I went to bed. Sometimes I can stretch it to 12, but not often. The schedule cycles constantly - sometimes I sleep most of the day and stay up all night, and then other times I'll wake up at 2 or 3 AM and go to bed at 6 that evening. Normally, though, I wake up somewhere in the 10 AM-2PM range. The job I had in high school wrecked my circadian rhythm so badly that I might as well say I don't have one, or at least not one linked to daylight since I still get enough sleep (80-85% of the time, anyway).
Wake up
Turn the computer on, then go to the restroom (or vice-versa)
Then, depending on various factors,
Fix coffee, take shower while the coffee brews, drink coffee afterward while checking email and stuff (by this point, it's probably 45m-1h)
Or skip the shower part because I don't need one, or skip the 'Fix coffee' step because I fixed it before I went to sleep and all I have to do is walk by and turn on the pot.
Sometimes I'll eat breakfast with the coffee (normally if it's some sort of breakfast pastry or toast, which is not something that occurs very often), other times I'll wait until after I finish drinking it 2 hours later. If I'm really hungry when I wake up then I might eat before taking a shower or while the coffee brews.
