God has given me peace concerning my grandmother, who is in her last days of her life. It has been a blessing to know that she will be with the Lord when she leaves this life.

My garden is growing like the weeds usually do. I've lived yet another year to experience that first home grown tomato and that first sun-warmed ripe strawberry.

A friend of mine lost their job. Doesn't seem like much of a blessing, but many friends through the church that friend attends and ones known from IRL and online sent over a thousand bucks to help that person out. I'm blessed to know that people still support their neighbor, even if our "neighbor" now lives in a different part of the globe and the "support" is via paypal and not helping bring in the hay.

This week, my husband worked more hours at his new job than we thought he would, and that's a blessing because he's been out of work since February. We're not sure this job is going to to work out becasue he's never done this type of work (construction), but so far the boss keeps calling him back.

I have a blessing today....went to my lawyer for my disability hearing this next week....he has assured me that I am very favorably going to get it and what a blessing to have that coming in.....(It's been a long almost 3 years of waiting!)

God has blessed me with things I can and can not see. I've had a good week all because of Him. The thing I struggled with He helped me learn from and I will continue to learn. He also helped me while I was studying His word I've already learn some things about the Sabbath.
