Financial healing

May be a bit of an odd healing request, but God knows I have destroyed myself on this particular topic and am in need of a tangible, definitive miracle in my finances VERY SOON...

I've been there, brother! I know what it's like when the heaven's seem closed in that area. I even had the electricity turned off once in the middle of a shower. Those were dark times.

Eventually, I got so tired of fighting that I decided to read the Gospel of John over and over again. I even bought the verse by verse movie and played it over and over again. I thought, "If I'm going down, at least my last few days will be ones of peace instead of turmoil."

That's when everything started to change. It seems that I "unwittingly" activated the principle in "seek ye first the Kingdom of God and all these things will be added unto you."

It's been that way ever since. I thought I was seeking before. I even tithed, but I guess I did it in unbelief, because nothing happened. I just kept losing money. Some may say my heart wasn't right? The list goes on and on.

There isn't a shortage of people telling you what you're doing wrong when you're in a hole, right?!

I know, I've been there. All I can do is share what happened to me and hope that it brings some encouragement to you.

Hi,

I will join with you in prayer. We have seen some small financially based miracles. Below is a true story of blessing off my website.

Some times it is hard to gauge how your prayers are going. However I recently had an experience that showed me that God does answer our prayers in miraculous ways. We have a client at work who is involved in Market Research, I pray for my clients on a regular basis. One day as I was working on their Website God spoke to me and said "How would I like to work for channel 9?" Channel 9 is a major free to air TV channel in our country. I was shocked by it and did not know what God was suggesting, but took care with the Website incase it was put on TV. However around a month latter Channel 9 approached the very client who I was working for when God asked me the question. And their business was put on channel 9's program called A Current Affair. God is in control of the affairs of men. As a further encouragement another client who I pray for, a charity, was put on the front page of the white pages in Brisbane, one of the cities major business directories.


I can't gaurentee financial blessing, but as we lift up our prayers to God although he some times seems slow to answer, he will eventually bring us out to a good place.

BTW I 100% agree with what Jim said about seeking God first too.
