Ah??? Are you allowed to post screenies??

EDIT: Longhorn just looks like a spiced up version of xp.

Yes, you are allowed to post your own screenies. There's no problem with that at all.

Friend of mine has been running 4015 for a while now. He likes it a lot. The desktop sidebar is pretty cool as well, but you can get that right now @ www.desktopsidebar.com

I might install the latest RC if and when I get the chance.

God bless!

Actually it's far from being a "Release Candidate" - it's only in alpha stage.;)

I hope when it reaches that point of being a RC they will allow testers to use a 6 mos. version for $10. like they did with XP:pray:

As long as you can turn off that stupid sidebar thing I'll be all over it....
Yes, you can either turn it off, autohide, or simply hide the sidebar. It's a novelty that wears off in a hurry. lol

I may sound like a dork but what is the point of having to upgrade your OS every few years just to do the same old thing?

I mean really, how different is the next windows going to help me manage files, send email or whatever. I can't think of one revolutionarily different (practical) thing I do with XP than I did with Windows 95.

Anyone??
