ff 10 and ff x2 should be a humiliation for squarsoft. I mean i hated how short these two games were. I would like to see the huge 4 disk final fantasy's come back. I hate short games that i can beet in 9 hours it's ridiculiously cheezy too. They should ban people from playing these two crappy games because they not only insult your intelligence, but they also make you extremely ****ed off at the game makers. I don't see why squarsoft is trying to make the final fantasy games, kid games. I miss the old ff7 and ff8 and ff9 where they cussed and had cool wars with people. in the new ones all i see is mushy love stuff. I mean its really freakin stupid since the original players of the game are now grown ups, so wouldn't you think they would want to try to appeal to the liking of adults rather then kids?

Three words: Your a dork. First of all, lets look at the stunning visual effects, and how they are still dominent today, besides the fact that FFX was made 4 years ago. They also developed what is called a plot. And they are just as long as the old FF games...Oh wait....They're longer! Look into video games first before you diss them. You obviously need to do so, if you say that FFX is a dumb game that you can beat in 9 hours. FFIX you could beat in under 9 hours, thats how you got one of the secret swords. So, do a little more research before you pound on one of the most respected, musically and visually genius game series ever made.

Which brings me to another problem: Blitzball. I really didn't care for it. I prefer the card games over Blitzball. Blitzball was way too involved for a mini-game and it just wasn't very fun to play.

I liked blitzball, it was like a game inside of a game, but thats what was fun about it. As for the people complaining about the ending.....Play FFX-2, it goes hand in hand(No pun intended...Youd understand if you beat X-2) with FFX.

to me i thought ff7 was the best, and it still is.

However,

it was my first RPG..

That greatly influenced my opinion of the best RPG.

I played Star Ocean the Second Story 4 years ago, and I was hooked.

FF8 was very mature for a 5th grader, and I loved it because I understood it.

FF9 was interesting because it was 2 player, and I loved Vivi.

FF10, on the other-hand, was good with its graphics and it had a nice plot twist.

FF10-2, I never got to finish because any game with a beginning song called "Real Emotion" should be immediately disowned.

FFT was such a masterpiece, and it's sheer brillance does not have to be explained.

It seems to me that I played too many FF's.

However I played Chrono Cross (not too pleased), Legend of Dragoon (it was good), .Hack (just Infection), Star Ocean 3 Till the End of Time DC (this is nice), Brave Fencer Musashi (...),,

Overall,

RPGs are like books,

there is no best book..

unless you are talking about the Bible..

Then the Bible can be like FF7,,

then ..
