Fight at work

Well, i do production work (but soon to be truckdriver) and there's this really nasty culture with the chefs.

Our machine go at a certain speed , if it goes above a certain lvl the machine goes too fast,and it will most definitly crash within a certain time period. To prevent this from happening we never go above that speed.

However the chefs make a habit of it,behind our back to turn the machine speeds up, so when we put the speed down again, it gives the chefs an argument to pick up a verbal fight with us. If we let the speed go, it crashes our machines and leaves us without work.

So naturally you would say let the machine crash i guess, but then the only alternative is to do 'not so exciting' mentally braindead work.

I don't know why this chef is picking up a fight, i know that production is important but if it crashes the machine its another day lost to some mechanic that has to repair the machine, anyway it makes no sense but still it stresses me out. Workstress + verball fighting = no fun.

And when you put the machine speed slower you get to hear that in the 3 years you worked there you never where adequatly producing as you should. (but they only told me that 3 years later lol)

a frustating catch 22. i'm sorry. some people think it's funny to cause issues, so i'd be suspicious too. since you are leaving (unless i misunderstood) hang in there! if you aren't moving on. hang in there. pray for a solution to become visible, and deffinately find ways to relax from your day and in your day.

Well today it happend again, and im actually stiff from tension, what horror, this guy who is a chef is truelly 'nuts'. He went beserk to a collegue of mine today, and we are most likely to press charges against him on monday to our , the atmosphere at work is totally ruined.

I recon Im happier while im attending a funeral compared to working along with this guy.

Today shouting at us all day long for absolutely the silliest things. Gosh.

i'm so sorry. deffinately file a complaint. i thought you couldn't actually prove it. unproductive and abusive people deffinately need us to stand up and say, no more. what a stressful mess indeed. *gets out self working back and foot massagers and sets them up by Anti's extra comfy recliner*.... *and a hot cocoa with mellows*

This is becoming a real drama, 3 weeks of continues shouting, i dread going to work,
I can't sleep ,the only thing i can think of is this chef and how he shouts to me.
my collegue freaked too (im not the only one who he shouts too)

The problems are about absolutely nothing.

Today as day in itself was beautifull, the sun was shining, all the machines where working fine.

Till 'he' shows up , how bad is it?

Well im happier on the funerals that i attended during my life then working with this person, i rather have Jaws(you know that shark) as a collegue then this person, id rejoy if someone shot a bullet thru my head, etc etc then working with him.

please God make me non-existant
