CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

It's a website where you post your original prose and/or poetry and people can review them. I'm not a member, but I'm a member of it's sister site fanfiction.com. I'm computer dunce there as well. Like Mitsuko, I don't have much there now, but I plan to put up some. I might join fictionpress.com under computer dunce, but I'm not a member now. I'll have to go look at some of your works, Mitsuko. It will be nice to find another Christian.

Oops, I'm a idiot. I meant fanfiction.net, not fanfiction.com. I write some fanfiction. I think it's a good way to witness if you can pull in a fan of something else then put Christian elements into it. I've got several ideas for some rather large pieces based off the Legend of Zelda video game series. I also have a fairly good sized Star Wars piece that I've written, but it's a disaster in need of major editing. Yeah, I should probably be working on some of that rather than just sitting around talking about it.
