Fibroid question

I have been ttc for a while now. I was told that I have a large fibroid in my uterus (which causes some pain sometimes) and a tilted uterus. I know the tilteld uterus can make conceiving difficult but does anyone know about the fibroid? I have pain often and my dr told me to take a tylenol. This dosen't feel right to me. Has anyone else had a problem with fibroids?

I don't know much about fibroids, however I have heard of people having them removed, if you know yours is large and causing discomfort and all your Dr is doing is prescribing you pain relief, would it not help to maybe go get a second opinion?

my mother-in-law's fibroids got to a point where they were so large that they had to remove her uterus.
