FEMA partnering with pastors

Looks like FEMA is pursuing pastors to help do their work. I've posted Infowars' story, FEMA's side from their own website, and a general yahoo search. See what you think. I don't know what to think yet, but what I do know for sure is this blows Separation of Church and State straight to smithereens.

I am all for churches being involved in natural disasters, but The American people pay taxes to FEMA, to do it's job. Something it can't seem to do.
