I'm sorry, but what? In this day and age they want to behead people, is shooting or even gassing us too easy and quick for them? Let alone the coffins, the Nazis did just fine without stacking bodies into coffins and then using forklifts to dispose of the bodies.
This just seems way too over engineered.

Here is the patent number for the coffins: 5,425,163 (google it). They are designed to hold many bodies.

Based on the idea that a fresh body would be tipped from a guillotine into a coffin or onto a conveyor belt, you could execute someone every 10 seconds or so.
1 minute = 6 bodies
1 hour = 360 bodies
1 day = 8640 bodies
1 week = 60,480 bodies
1 month = 241, 920 bodies
1 year = 3,144,960 bodies
