No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

You really just have to stretch. I started stretching, it seemed like everyday, and I never seemed to get any closer to my goal. All the stretches I did hurt so bad, that I could only do them for a few seconds. Then one day, boom! I could do everything I couldn't before, accept the splits. Now, my goal is to do the spilts. I encourage you to stretch fifteen minutes everyday. Even if it doesn't seem like you're getting closer, you are. Just keep stretching.

i would say the best way to really get what you want, is to go to a good dance class, with a teacher who can look at your body and see what you need. it is worth spending the time and money in class if you don't want to risk injuring yourself, trying to stretch your body into a position that may or may not be good for it, at this time. God made our bodies in such a way, that if something is wrong, they will hurt, or send out some type of signal to let us know "NO" or "NOT NOW" and only a good dance teacher can help you reach that goal. also it depends on your turnout, and placement of your hips that determines how high your arabesque can go at any given time. and according to that you work what you have over time to get a nice line. it is not about a high leg like a magazine, it is about a correct line. a low arabesque that is correct is always better than one that is high, and my hip is off line. it looks bad to a trained eye, and i could hurt myself and God is not in that.
