CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Good morning everyone~I hope you all have a great day.
My night was aweful. My Dad is 76 years old and was doing alot of yard work yesterday... from mowing lawn, to push mowing a trench, to cutting down a tree. Well, come to find out he does not remember he cut down the tree and what was his last thing he did. I took him to the hospital, and, they ran test. They told me he had had a stroke and that they may keep him their for observation or transfer him to another hospital.
Well the good news is that all the test came back negative,however, the Dr said he may had a small stroke that did not show up on the test. (xrays) They kept him over night for observations and are doing some test on his heart today.
My Dad you all know on here.....he is Doc329. May the Lord take him in his loving arms and heal him.
