CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

It's been pretty hot and humid here too. We've been staying in the house often. I try to fit in going to the beach sometime during the weekend though, most times it's cooler there.

You said it! We go to the lake a lot on the weekends too, our friends have jet-skis and they are SO fun
and I get to drive once in awhile, that's the best part

I think the best part was going to through 4 African countries in the begining of this year spreading the precious Gospel of Christ. In one of the countries we were joined by Rev. Bill Bathman. What a priviledge this was. He is 80 years old and still proclaiming the Gospel. He started decades ago by smuggling bibles into the Eastern Block Countries with Brother Andrew from Open Doors. He was also a personal friend of Richard and Sabrina Wurmbrand and he still is a great man of God. You must e-mail me your address and I will send you a copy of his outobiography.
