It so beautiful here today, the sun is out, no wind, and about 60 degrees. It was wonderful to be able to take a long walk.

LOL, nice to see some laughter.

Well, it was so nice here, I took another walk, so, I took two 45 minute walks today, it was wonderful. I am going to enjoy it while I may, Sunday is forecasted for another storm, ugh!

(after another 3-4 months OFF-ice), i can remember Anything when I do get to practice...
which in my case, is pitiful little, the practice no less.

Hey peoples/friends
You know in most posts I give my level best to Encourage
people being JOYful (as God us 1st. created) so therefore
we should live TRUE right?
um,
well, wanna extend some pity? see,
when at 20 i was in Nursing-school, the smallest Uniform-size was a 7, which drowned me, so Special-ordered a 5.
Fast-forward 37 yrs., whilst i continued in a Junior size 6 (like all good little skaters). - Alas,
2 yrs. ago I was stupid <- honestly; let myself gain... Yikes!!
so
Fast-forward to today, when I had to buy classy black Dress slacks
for my new job next week. & my current size?: Lady small size 6-8 Yikes!!
Really, do not deserve 'pity'; but a swift kick... to more Exercise.
Well, just wait til next week: they will RUN me ragged; just what I need Pity, anyone?
