Please pray for my Mom if you would. She has been in and out of the hospital for the past two weeks. But today they finally decided to put in a pacemaker. They transported her to another hospital this morning and now am waiting to hear if it is going to be today or tomorrow.

That brings back the memory of when they put one in mother. They took her to a hospital in Seattle that specializes in cardiac care, they did a good job, I don't recall the surgery being that long either. Please keep us posted.

Well....I just found out that my Mom is in surgery even as I type.....my sister made it over there and will keep me updated.

You are all wonderful and yes my back pain is nothing compared to what Jesus had to go through for us.....so sorry if I complain once in a while....I really do try not to talk too much about it!

Hon, you can complain all you want. I know it helps sometimes to share, sort of like a release.

even in knowing that when I seek HIM, I find myself in deep tears... broken, feeling HIS sorrows... but the tears eventually stop... it is as when we get close to HIM we get to share in HIS sufferings for a moment as HE heals us.... pats us on the rear and sends us off on our way again... I find I am running to HIM more and more not wanting to leave HIM... even though HE never leaves me nor forsakes me, I want to run to HIM more and more.... and then there are times I just am too weak to run to HIM... so I guess that is where rest comes.... I would not like to be my own father....

Thanks......I asked her if she wanted me to come...but she said that she really wasn't going to be there for long that it wasn't worth the trip for me....but it makes me to not be there.

I know what you mean, you want to be there, it does not seem as scary when you right there either. She is right though, she will not be there long, it is a very benign surgery, especially if it is just a "basic" pacemaker. She will be out in no time.

So true Sirender....thank you for the verses.....especially as we get closer to Good Friday....but Easter is coming!!

Dear Father God, we come to You lifting up Annie's mother in prayer. We ask that You will please guide and help the doctors', nurses, and all the care givers working with her. We pray that the surgery will be a success, and that she will be out of the hospital soon.

We also pray and ask for comfort for her daughter Annie and the rest of her family, may they all be aware of Your loving presence during this stressful time.

We thank You Lord and give You all the glory...........Amen and Amen.
