CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

We had an unexpected visitor the other day......a puppy that appeared on our back porch (with the gate shut)...that is how skin and bones he was
We had told the kids no more puppies and here he comes and shows up
sorry the picture is sideways...
We leave the gate open so he can leave and no....he has decided that he is staying (he even pokes his head inbetween the slates like the other dog and barks)
So they have named him ZaZa...(whatever that means!)
Very cute. I bet your kids are happy.

Well, windy again, I walked over to Safeway to pick up a few things so I could bake my cake, and I almost got blown over there, man, it is strong.

Good afternoon. You've been having some interesting weather over there. Don't mind me; I'm kind of snickering right now at my mistake... 
....in my above post I typed good morning.... Bah! I should say good afternoon. I'm glad I can laugh at my mistakes today. Some days I walk around all day saying good morning. They get a kick out of it at the public library when I'm there. I hope you're having a good day.

Oh wow. I figured by now you'd have a few rays of sun. Sounds drab; I feel for you. When the sun does come out you'll probably be thrilled to no end.

Ditto. I also like the fresh air after it's rained. The rainbow is a bonus as well. Mind you, two weeks of rain is the most I can hack. That's the nice things about here up north where I live. We may have cold winters and short summers but the rain is typically only around long enough to really enjoy and then we get the sun.

We get a day of sun and then a day of rain. We have had so much that I am still waiting to get to the campground. Should have been out there two weeks ago but we cant move trailers till it dries out.
