CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I agree - "our" cat will not come near me. He used to let me pick him up - but not now - only my wife can pet him.
He's a funny cat.

ok, whole different subject...
I'm about to go to lunch and I'm on fruit for now (trying to do a cleanse so my eczema will heal up, almost there).

My step-daughter has: boy\girl twins (3 1\2 yrs old), boy (2 yrs old), and a baby girl (soon to be 1 in March), then my other stepdaughter has a boy that just turned 1. We have been known to babysit all of them on the same night....wheewww!!! Wow...I'm not as young as I used to be. Babies are for your 20's when you can still handle them on top of not getting a night's sleep.
More power to the older mom's (that have babies late), they rock!!

What??????? You are only 34!!! My niece just had her second baby and she is 36, her first child is almost 16 though. She is planning on having another one soon.
Now I'll be 49 in May and my Granddaughter wears me out totally!!!!!!!!!!! Whew!!!!!!!!!!!! She is the joy of my life!!!!!!!!!!!! Check out her picture on my home page!!!

Love the movie, it's one of my favorites. I watch it often...alone I'm afriad, no one else here likes it. Dontcha just wish you could repeat a day until you got it right?
Afternoon reppers. I'm home from the hospital. I was there with Nathan as he was getting some tests done. I'm exhausted. We had to travel to Wilmington, DE which is around 2 hours from me. Funny huh? You can travel from one end of my state to the other in a couple hours.

1) I can watch a movie or series repeatedly over & over & over again & be happy. (rerun queen)
2) not just one day of a redo, I wish I could redo 1/2 my life lol.
Glad you & Nathan are home safe after your ordeal. Hope the results are good.

I can't sit still long enough to watch a movie at the movies. I like having them at home and I can watch what part I like over and over. I love The Green Mile and have seen the first part dozens of times, the second about half as much. yeah, I'm weird
