CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

It is not because you are out of the loop!
I had a very serious car accident over 3 years ago. I was t-boned (means hit in the driver door.. I was driving) by a truck doing in excess of 65 mph. I did not have any broken bones, but lots of soft tissue damage, etc. but the worse of it all was the concussion I received. To this day I have residual problems from the impact. Multi-tasking is not something I do anywhere to the degree I used to, I forget a lot, I have a hard time concentrating, and lots of other stuff that I forget. lol
CHP officers and EMT's said there are 2 scenarios to my kind of accident with that impact... paralyzed or dead. Praise Jesus I am alive.

It still hurts though...
People don't seem to understand the nature of pain. Going to God for our problems is like going to the doctor for getting stabbed; it still hurts when you are actually getting stabbed and for sometime afterward, and sometimes even the healing process hurts. I know everything will be okay, but it doesn't mean everything is okay.
I'm going to keep going and pushing through the pain though... there is a season for everything.
