• The General Mental Health Forum is now a Read Only Forum. As we had two large areas making it difficult for many to find, we decided to combine the Mental Health & the Recovery sections of the forum into Mental Health & Recovery as a whole. Physical Health still remains as it's own area within the entire Recovery area.

If you are having struggles, need support in a particular area that you aren't finding a specific recovery area forum, you may find the General Struggles forum a great place to post. Any any that is related to emotions, self-esteem, insomnia, anger, relationship dynamics due to mental health and recovery and other issues that don't fit better in another forum would be examples of topics that might go there.

If you have spiritual issues related to a mental health and recovery issue, please use the Recovery Related Spiritual Advice forum. This forum is designed to be like Christian Advice, only for recovery type of issues. Recovery being like a family in many ways, allows us to support one another together. May you be blessed today and each day.

  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

it was like a weird angry doubting moment of contempt and I'm scared it counts as rejecting Christ and that Jesus will will point out all the times I not only had a blasphemous thought but a FEELING of unbelief in my HEART and he'll see me as a Judas when I get up there, I want him but i'm scared i've insulted it in my heart and mocked it, and he won't let me in on judgment day, if you want details message me

I'll pray for you & take care.

Caty I feel this is the perfect time to mention this. No one who has committed the unpardonable sin says that they will pray for someone. Just something for you to think about.

If your worried about it then you didnt mean it and therefore can be forgiven. Or even if you did mean it at first and then later want to repent of it then Jesus will certainly accept you.

don't go back. we've come too far to go back now. Christ is not condemning. He knows that we'll have our days where this gets to us but don't fall back into that same mindset. Whenever you feel this way just read the word. John 14 and 15. See how compassionate He is toward His disciples and us. I'm praying for you.
