Feeling Really Discouraged Atm *Possible Trigger*

So I got my bone density scan back today and its not brilliant. I'm trying but it just doesn't seem to work. I've made an effort to eat more yet I've just lost weight. I feel like its so futile. What do you guy do when you feel like scared and like you can't go on?

Thanks guys your prayers mean so much to me! I saw a new dietician yesterday and she helped so much and I really felt encouraged, whilst more of the others make me feel the complete opposite, but my bone scan just brought things home long term and I felt scared.

Yes dear sister. We leave no mod behind here! You will be prayed for daily by me and others I am sure. Your density can be improved. Your dietician knows how to help and hope she does. I was* bulimic for years* but my friends at the FA and other mtgs were Anorexic, I know the hurt.

We never give up. never ever ever ever ever. ever. God has tied a big knot at the end of the rope so you just hold on. Just like lovely Criada, I am (not so lovely!) always here for you.

Know it and count on it!
