Feeling minimalized, want to pray

I have so many things I want to ask and pray for. I made these threads in the past. I believe it is really possible that a third world war will begin tomorrow. I have asked and begged Christians here for answers, but even the version of the truth here is making me feel minimalized. So, I guess one of the things left to do is that I really want to pray to Jesus/God about my feelings and how badly I want some things. I know I kind of had a "fear" of eternity in Heaven (even though "fear" is too strong of a word) because I will no longer have any drive to achieve anything. Actually, even this Earth, as many trials as we go through here, sounded more valuable than a particular vision of the afterlife. Basically, I didn't see life in heaven as having little or not any value. I do hope to God that I receive a surprising answer I never anticipated. On Earth, I really am passionate about wanting certain things, but I've been feeling minimalized, even in here.

I wonder if God has an even better answer than anyone else here, but I don't want anyone to get mad.

Are you a Christian? I looked at yr information and you don't say.

It's just as a Christian I look forward to being in Heaven and death holds no real fear for me. Other than my children not actually having anyone to take them in if I die. But I will just need to trust God to look after them if that happens.

I'm struggling to be a Christian, I suppose I might even be agnostic.

I believe in Heaven, but I still have a bit of a fear of death. I guess the belief in Heaven isn't that relevant.
Are you here because you feel the urge to know Jesus? I could maybe find you a link to something that can help there from the internet and pray for you. But I don't know how to ease your fears because your concerns are valid. But just because they have some truth it doesn't mean anyone is willing to fire a missile <3

I guess I'm here to try to understand Jesus more, but I believe my fears are still valid.

Knowing God Personally

Hope this can help you? It should at least distract you from your fears. I don't think anyone would be mad at you. You haven't said or done anything which anyone would feel any negative feelings toward you.

I hope you get answers and you feel His peace fill your heart. It's nearly 1am here and I'll be going to bed soon.

There should be other caring people about if you want to talk some more.

Look forward to getting to know you.

Take care and God bless.

I'm vulnerable to becoming depressed. I still get stung by the thought that when I go to heaven, there will be no more going to parties, having a social life, etc. In fact God is saying everything worldly or physical is a sin. I think it's inevitable that I'm depressed about God in the regard.

Well that seems to be a non Christian view of Christianity sometimes. However, I have found since being a Christian I have experienced a lot more joy. I am filled with peace. That peace is from God. I found enjoyment in a lot of unexpected things.

Sometimes people party and things to fill a void. That gap which is missing is the God given chance to have a relationship with Him.

Btw there is nothing stopping you praying. People say you should invite Jesus into your heart (knowing that He died so you can be forgiven of your sins through Him giving up His life for us).

However, I might be wrong on this, but I have a strong feeling that God may be drawing you to turn to Him for comfort. Else why would you have thought to come here and ask us lot?

Actually, even this Earth, as many trials as we go through here, sounded more valuable than a particular vision of the afterlife.
You are on the right track with this

Jesus said "This gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to the nations, then the end will come".

The "gospel of the kingdom" is quite different from a "gospel of heaven and hell". The Gospel of The Kingdom is all centred around Matthew 21:43-44. Do you think that Jesus was making a threat to the Jewish religious leaders in that? Or.. do you think He was maybe addressing the same one He addressed in Matthew 16:23? This same one that He referred to in John 16:11?

Christianity is not all about going to heaven when we die, but about redeeming the world from the curse of death that has come upon them ever since they yielded to the serpent's lie (Luke 4:16-22). There is now enmity between the sons of the devil and the sons of man (Genesis 3:15, John 8:44, Psalms 12:8, John 13:35, 1 John 4:7-8).

The phrase "Gospel of The Kingdom" is to describe a message that we carry, that Jesus has overcome the enemy and now represents us in heaven as our high priest (Daniel 7:14), so that God is not against us, but for us because we are for Jesus! Not only that, but He has absolved our sin as we come into covenant with Him, so that no longer does death have a claim over us, but as long as we live to carry out His works, then He imputes to us His righteousness (Romans 6:16, Isaiah 54:17). Therefore, the substitutionary atonement of our sin, is that we have already died for our sins (through baptism - 1 Peter 3:21, Galatians 2:20), and we now no longer live for ourselves, but we live for Him. If we carry out His instructions faithfully, then He achieves through us the salvation of many, and He subdues His adversaries (1 Timothy 6:13-16, Revelation 17:14).

You might quite enjoy this booklet that I have put together!

WW3 is not going to start tomorrow. Even if America decided to bomb the heck out of North Korea, China and Russia would have to have a hole in their heads to try and launch ICBM's toward the USA. Why? Because they know we have enough nuclear missiles to blow up the whole planet three times over. If they launched on us we would immediately launch back in kind. It's called mutually assured destruction. If we bombed North Korea I am sure it would not be with nukes but conventional weapons. They would in turn bomb South Korea and any other things they think they could get away with, but it would be a fools errand. We have enough drones and bombs to make a smouldering heap out of their entire country. They know this, and that's why all they have been doing thus far is making threats and so forth. I do not think they have a missile that could reach the mainland US despite what they say, and their last missile blew up right after it launched. Their missile tech is kind of shoddy and I'm sure their guidance systems are no where near to what we have. Russia is not so much an ally with North Korea as they are with China. China has the most to lose with a US vs. North Korea conflict as they are real close to them geographically and it would affect them somewhat. But China also likes exporting all their stuff to the US and their economy depends on the American consumer, so they will play nice with the US as much as they possibly can. The North Koreans make China nervous as well and would probably not mind if that problem were neutralized.

That being said Jesus said to not worry about what will happen tomorrow. That would be a good reason to not worry about tomorrow. Trust God.

I feel like I want God to comfort me. Still, I feel heartbriken at the thought about dying on Earth so young. I hope I'm not the only Christian on the planet who feels this way a little bit, I can't be.

I do not think you will be dying tomorrow, at least not via WW3..

You need to calm yourself and trust that God is in control. Not North Korea, not Trump, not Russia, not China.. If I had a nickle for every youtube video about the end of the world I would be richer than Bill Gates, Jeff Bezos, and Mark Zuckerburg combined. Also the inquisitor is not a reputable news source.
