hi everyone,
im feeling pretty depressed im having one of those days. im just wondering if anyone would miss me if i died tomorrow? perhaps my dad would notice i actually exist or do as he usually does take no notice of me. will ask if my other halfs ok is concerned about him but i dont get anything..

I'm sorry you are having a rough day. We care for you here. You mean a lot to us, and I'm sure a lot to others. I pray your depression would lift and that God would help you in your distress.

It took courage to share today, and I'm glad you did.
Do you have someone in real life that you can trust to talk to so that you don't carry these burdens alone? We really need other people as much as we might withdraw from them just when we need them. Two are better than one.

I usually call someone even though they are long distance it is someone who helps me focus on the things I need to focus on. Sometimes I write in my blog, and let things out that way. Music always helps me when I am down.

God bless you. I pray that you will see how valuable you are in God's creation. How precious you are to Him and to others, and that He would shelter you under His wing.

I'm praying for you.

One of Satan's most effective tools is the feeling of isolation. Really.
Something really interesting to me is the way we each downplay the effect we have on other people.
I've had many occasions where people whom I know to varying degrees say something about an event or situation I've long forgotten - you remember it instantly when someone talks of it, but you never would have thought about it aside from the impact it had on the other person. Sometimes the smallest of actions on our part really mean something to another.
Now think about the number of times you have had an impact and never had anyone jog your memory about it. I bet that for every 1 time someone says something, there were 9 other times that you'll never think of again, but really made a difference to somebody.

Also, think about the impact you could have in future days on people. You are in your early 30's, so you have a lot more time to make a real difference if you choose.

You are much more important than you can imagine on your own. Please remember that.

Also, the Lord will never test you beyond what you are capable of, if you can take solace in that idea you will realize that you are a soul with meaning in the Kingdom.

God still has a lot of potential with you, never doubt that. You really matter, that I'm sure of.

What brought you to the conclusion
that no-one would miss you?
I'm sure there are people in your life that would mis you too.

Hi thanks very much for your message. you ask if i have anyone to talk about these things. no not really i have one friend who i have relyed on too much in the past and i dont want to burden her.another friend lives out of my town, people are just too busy.why should they take time and listen to me? to be honest you just say youre ok when youre not really. thats one reason why i come here, i know its not quite the same as talking face to face. i do feel in pain and want help but never get round to saying to someone will you help me. i dont know if people really can. i do feel really lonely, just think i put masks up.though i belong to a church just feel im on the edge of things its hard.

i think life is rubbish. why do people let you down? particularly christians.you try and ask for help and you get no reply. but want you to come to their little group. i just dont understand it. have i done something wrong to deserve this?i hate it, i hate it all.

Yeah, it can be rubbish at times.
I'm no one to give advice especially since i'm one of those Christians who isn't always there for others...but sometimes just an ear can help.

I think you're right too.
Life sometimes is the pits tosay the least.
Talk about christians treating you badly, I know two pastors that were supposed to be my friends.
All they did was take advantage of my gift of music.
I felt really betrayed.
