  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

For the past couple of days, I've been feeling dizzy and lightheaded when I read. Sometimes it's worse than others. I'm used to reading 9-10 hours a day, and I can't remember having this condition before.

Does anybody have any suggestions of how I can get rid of this problem? Finals are next week and studying this weekend is essential. I know this is probablly an unusal question, but thanks in advance to any advice.

Have you been eating properly? Getting enough fluids? Are you getting up to move around, stretch your limbs and keep your blood flowing to your extremities properly?

you could easily take half of that time and be doing some excercize, such as swimming or running, and you would feel much better generally
I may feel better, but then I would be ignorant and would be failing my classes. That wouldn't feel too good. :)

But really, I don't get a lot of excersize, but I almost never get sick. Throughout all of high school and college (so far), I've missed a total of one day of school.
