I should be grateful if people could pray for me to be less defensive and paranoid.
Lately I keep on getting really offended at things people are saying to me or even if I read someone's journal, and it is someone that I have contact with and they express annoyance in their journal, I think it's at me. I keep interpreting people's behaviour as being because they have a gripe with me, and believeing people are annoyed and angry with me.
The thing is, I know that it's probably in my head but it's scary having these sorts of thoughts and not feeling in control of them. I feel as though I am not judging reality properly and that is quite scary.
Please pray that I will stop thinking like this - that Christ will come right into the centre of my thoughts: that I will not be concerned about myself or what people think of me, but that I would respond to others only with lovingkindness and having the desire to show the Father to them.
Thank you so much for your help,
Amen.

Lord, I pray for Maharg that you reveal to her the reasons for her fears and anger and that no problem is insurmountable; that you will work with her through each problem separately until these burdens are lifted and that along the way, and by your example, she will learn patience, forgiveness and longsuffering for others. In Jesus name, Amen.
