Feeling Bub Move

Just a quick question... How often do you normally feel bub move in a day?
Is there a point if you don't feel him.her move in ages that you should be concerned?

Can a baby move around too much?

Or is it purely dependent on the baby and mother?

Since I haven't felt this one yet, I can only speak based on my memory. I felt the baby move, mostly when I stopped moving. Whenever I was sitting in a meeting, I would get kicked, then at night when I went to go to bed!

Apparently, your movement lulls the baby to sleep which is why they are more active at night and why they are back to front with the sleeping patterns at birth. But this is generally.

They say if you go so many hour, I can't remember, maybe 5? without feeling your baby move you should get it checked out?? But you can always give em a poke or eat something or what ever and see if they respond

Yesterday I didn't fee Kaboose move all that much and I was a little concerned.
But he was back today moving and kicking and generally making life hard for mum!!!

Makes me feel alot better when I can feel bub move!

It does! I was also told that babies are still like us, they have quiet days and more active days. (well I tend to have more quiet days than active days, but that is because I'm a sloth!)

Hehe... we have another thing in common!!!

Kaboose starts moving as soon as I lay down to go to sleep. It can be really annoying at times!!!
But i figure i am being prepared for life with baby!!!

This one moves a LOT. In past pregnancies, I could pretty much tell the personality of the baby by how he/she was inutero. This time I was getting nervous, 'cause this one moves most of the time.... but then a friend of mine told me she'd been scared about her 2nd baby, but he turned out to be very mellow. So now I'm adopting a more "wait & see" approach (instead of freaking myself out. LOL)

If you're worried, test. Have a sweet drink or snack. Then a few minutes later, lie down and count how many kicks you feel. You should feel at least around 10 in 1 hour...

Oh... Kaboose has been very active the last couple of days.
I think he/she was just having a slow day that day!!!
I've ben up sice about 5am with kicking keeping me awake!!!
