Feature Removed: User Icons

Just letting members know that we have removed user icons as a feature, basically because it was putting too much of a strain on the server, especially during peak times.

Be assured that without them, the site will move along quicker.

Since I couldn't get the silly things to upload for me, I'm very relieved to be "one of the crowd" now!!
