Fear paralyzes.
Then brings the panic attacks.
Where does the fear come from?
We are stuffers of feelings,
for we have never been taught to dump
those hurtful feelings we've saved all our lives.
It is usually at this point that God intervenes.
For if you are a christian, and I address the many
of you who are,you have stuffed to capacity
the hurtful wounds of a lifetime.
Knowing no way to release the pain of them?
This process is universal among humans,
christians and unbelievers alike.
God gives us the Holy Spirit.
He has provided help for your healing,
what is needed is sincerity of heart,
and your desire for healing?
Tears,laughing,hugs,singing,dancing
simply talking,dumps everyday feelings.
Boy, that's profound now isn't it?
Do you know it's so simple it's just that.
It Works too?
You keep you from more spiritual growth?
and peace of mind.
For I have seen,
been shown it by the Holy Spirit and
assisted Him in bringing healing, to you?
Fear brings the confusion of mind,
confusion creates the turmoil of overwhelming past woundings:
into panic attacks.
A place where the Holy Spirit also walks
to create healing and wellness in Christ.
Faith, not fear teaches us to ,
learn to dump feelings you stuff needlessly.
Use LOVE,
grow in God, grow in the spirit.
"Talk To Me", Cry a little,Laugh alot,
sing and dance,
hug others.
Gods wellness within.
Do it for you,
remove the worlds garbage daily.
"For God hath not given us the spirit of
fear; but of power,and of love, and of a
sound mind.
ll Timothy 1:7
"For ye have not received the spirit of
bondage again to fear; but ye have received
the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry,
Abba, Father.
Romans 8:15
"There is no fear in love; but perfect
love casteth out fear: because fear hath
torment. He that feareth is made perfect in
love."
