No objection to her asking for guidance. And she can threaten not to hold court as well. But if she does not show up for work she should be fired.
It would be great for every government employee if they could ask for a letter of guidance and not come back to work until they received an answer. Not so great for the taxpayers. She refers to "concentration camps" under Trump, I would be interested to know if she every objected to the Obama or Biden cages.

At the state level they typically have disciplinary committees that upon complaint make a decision as to how to discipline the judge. Firing is one option.
