I think the word I use most often is "goodness!" whenever something negative or unnecessary happens.

I say "nice". It can be used as a serious expression of pleasure, or when said correctly can be used as a sarcastic expression of disgust or disbelief. I like multi-purpose words.

When frustrated, I tend to say "good gravy". Not sure where it came from or why I say it, so don't ask.
