Alright, that game is definitely next in my queue. I have it for the Switch, and, peeking at it, the graphics have improved since the PC version.I definitely second (or third) the Planescape Torment recommendation. It's a little dated now, but Sigil is a fantastic setting.

Morrowind would probably be my choice provided my week takes place *before* Red Mountain erupts turning much of the population into refugees.
I'm not sure it'd be a great vacation even at the best of times. Walk outside your hotel and you know there are going to be a couple cliff racers lurking around nearby.
It depends on how you define finishing Skyrim. But even the most basic definition (going through the main story) takes a boatload of time.There is no finishing Skyrim.

You know, I don't think I've ever used bows in Morrowind. My go-to style of play has always been installing a bunch of magicka mods and then heading straight for Sadrith Mora.
Actually, I think the Shivering Isles might be the most interesting Elder Scrolls setting for a particularly weird vacation.
